Double Venturi Boron Carbide Blast Nozzle


Our Double Venturi boron carbide nozzle features a dual-Venturi internal flow design with circumferential secondary air induction ports.

the core liner is made of hot-pressed B4C ceramic, matched with lightweight aluminum protective jacket. Compared with single venturi nozzles, 

it draws extra ambient air to boost total airflow, expands blasting width by 30%–35%, and evenly distributes abrasives across large workpieces. 

Perfect for continuous all-day blasting operations, drastically cutting nozzle replacement frequency, machine downtime and overall operating cost.

2. Working Parameters

       Working Pressure Range

· Recommended continuous working pressure: 5–7 bar (70–80 PSI) — optimal dual air suction efficiency

· Safe full operating range: 3–8 bar

· Short-time max pressure limit: ≤10 bar (100 PSI) 

⚠️ Note: B4C is brittle, avoid instant pressure impact & frequent high-pressure start-stop to prevent cracking

     Working Temperature Range

· Continuous inner wall stable temperature: ≤150℃ (no deformation, stable wear resistance)

· Long-term ambient operating temperature: -40℃ ~ 600℃

· Short-time heat resistance peak: 1200℃, melting point 2450℃ 

⚠️ Forbidden: Sudden cold shock on hot nozzle (e.g. cold water splashing), thermal shock will crack B4C liner
