To maximize nozzle life and blasting efficiency:
· Always use the aluminum protective jacket.
· Use clean, dry abrasive media to prevent blockage of the secondary air inlets.
· Replace the nozzle when the inner bore has expanded by more than 10%.
· Allow the nozzle to cool naturally after high-temperature operation.
· For a 10 mm double Venturi nozzle, use an air compressor capable of supplying at least 6 m³/min of airflow.
